海外スタートアップへの投資業務全般を担当。投資先の発掘・デューデリジェンス・インキュベーション活動・売却等。ファンド募集の時期は海外でのファンド募集活動に従事することもあり。（部門は分かれていますが、完全な縦割りではなくそれぞれ様々な案件を担当するため、VCを幅広く経験・成長することが可能です）

Required Skills
＜必須要件＞
・ベンチャーキャピタル、銀行（メガバンク、有力地銀等）、大手証券会社、リース会社などの金融機関で法人営業の経験がある方かコンサル出身者。あるいは事業会社の企画部門やCVCでスタートアップと関わりオープンイノベーションを推進した経験がある方。
・ICT分野、Fintech分野、ヘルスケア分、環境・エネルギー分野のベンチャー企業に興味があるか知識をお持ちの方
＜歓迎要件＞
・部下の育成経験がある方。
・スタートアップと働いたことがある方。
※VC業務自体は未経験でも構いません
