Required Skills
【必須】
・SCM実務経験10年以上及び、部下を持つマネジメント経験（5年以上目安）
・調達・購買、生産管理、物流、在庫管理のうち複数領域にまたがる実務経験
・英語ビジネス（欧州・アジア地域の本社・拠点との英語での資料作成・折衝が発生するため）
・ERPシステム（SAP等）を用いた業務経験
・Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）を用いた資料作成・分析スキル
・多忙な状況でも優先順位を判断し、柔軟かつ精緻に業務を進められる方。
・結果への強いコミットメント、セルフスターターとしての推進力
・社内外の多様なステークホルダーとの折衝・調整力
