■業務内容
・物流システム（WMS・TMS）、グローバルITガバナンス、M AのITデューデリジェンスに関する各種グローバルITプログラムを推進
・ビジネス分析、技術検証、PMO統括、経営層向け資料作成・意思決定支援を担う
・複数のグローバルITプログラムに対し、分析・検証・ガバナンス監督を実施
・経営陣・上級管理職の意思決定を支援（十分な情報提供）
・海外現地法人を含むグループ内のIT責任者・関係者と緊密に連携
・プログラムの実行・推進に貢献 リスク管理を推進
・グローバルITイニシアチブ （会社主導で進める重要なIT施策）における組織横断連携を推進

・本ポジションは、グローバル全体のIT戦略と実行を橋渡しし、企業価値向上に直結する重要な役割です。
・体系的な分析と高度なガバナンスを通じて、経営陣の意思決定を支援するとともに、グローバルIT施策の成功に直接寄与します。

Required Skills

・中堅規模以上の事業会社（業界不問）のIT部門で、グローバルITプロジェクトの立ち上げ経験
・ロジスティクスシステム（WMS／TMS）の立ち上げ・運用・保守・顧客提案の経験
加えて：
・全体俯瞰力、分析力、仮説設計力、論点整理力、関係構築力
・学習意欲と 当事者意識
・ 海外顧客・スタッフと対応できる英語力（目安：TOEIC800点以上）

・海外駐在経験
・IT関連資格
・PMP資格
