・事業性・リスクを踏まえたファイナンス戦略、資金調達・ストラクチャーの検 討・提案
・プロジェクトファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス等の組成
・JBIC・MDB等を含む国内外金融機関との協議・交渉
・営業部・事業会社等と連携した案件推進
・投融資案件のファイナンス・財務面からの審議・助言
・案件実務を通じた若手・中堅社員へのOJT、レビュー、成長支援
自ら案件をリードするとともに、経験・知見を組織に還元し、次代を担う人材の育成にも貢献いただくことを期待しています。

【就業経験】
・金融機関等におけるプロジェクトファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス等の実務経験
・案件全体を俯瞰し、ファイナンス組成・ストラクチャー構築を主体的に推進した経験
【スキル】
・事業性・リスク等を踏まえ、案件に適したファイナンスを組み立てる能力
・社内外の関係者を巻き込み、案件を主体的に推進する能力
・若手・中堅社員への指導・レビュー、成長支援を担える能力
・業務遂行に必要な英語力
＜希望条件＞
【就業経験】
・銀行、商社、ユーティリティー等におけるファイナンス組成の実務経験（特にメガバンクのプロダクツ部門経験を歓迎）
・プロジェクトファイナンス、ストラクチャードファイナンス等の豊富な実務経験（目安10年以上）
・インフラ、エネルギー、PPP/PFI等の案件経験
・海外・クロスボーダー案件の組成・実行経験
・JBIC・MDB等を活用したファイナンス組成の経験
・若手育成、案件レビュー、チームリード等の経験
【スキル】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
