・制度会計・管理会計（FP A、予算策定、予測業務）の企画・運用および数値分析、シェアードサービスセンターとの連携
・財務数値の背後にある事業課題を分析し、経営層および事業部門への提言・アクションの促進（ビジネスパートナー業務）
・業務プロセス改善、ITツール/BI導入、ERP推進等のチェンジマネジメントプロジェクトのリード
・小規模チームの指導・リード、または後輩メンバーの育成・パフォーマンス管理サポート
