Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

■ポジション概要
グローバル自動車業界をリードするTier1メーカーにて、車載空調製品（HVAC）の生産工程改善を担当いただくポジションです。
量産ラインの改善活動、新製品の立上げ支援、生産性向上施策の推進などを通じて、品質・コスト・納期（QCD）の最適化に貢献いただきます。単なる設備維持ではなく、データ分析を活用しながら主体的に改善提案を行い、生産現場の変革をリードしていただく役割です。
■主な業務内容
・生産工程や生産データの分析および改善活動の推進
・設備稼働率やサイクルタイムの改善による生産性向上
・QCD（品質・コスト・納期）改善施策の立案および実行
・Lean Manufacturingや継続的改善活動の推進
・設備トラブルの分析、原因究明および再発防止策の実施
・サプライヤーや関連部門との連携による工程改善・標準化活動

[Required (MUST)] ・1-3 years of production engineering and/or process improvement experience in manufacturing ・Business-level Japanese ・Conversational English or above

[Preferred (WANT)] ・Automotive production engineering experience ・Lean Manufacturing knowledge ・Equipment installation & production line launch experience ・Process improvement / Industrial Engineering (IE) experience ・Data-driven continuous improvement experience ・Supplier negotiation experience ・HVAC / air conditioning product knowledge
