Required Skills
Must Have：
Minimum 5 years of Life & Health underwriting experience with strong technical risk assessment capabilities.
Business-level English proficiency and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Nice to Have：
Experience with digital underwriting tools, data-driven solutions, or technology-enabled underwriting practices.
Exposure to product development, commercial initiatives, or cross-functional projects within the insurance industry.
Experience delivering training programs, knowledge of local insurance markets and regulations, or additional language skills.
