Required Skills
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in recruitment, direct sourcing and stakeholder management.
Proven experience leading professional hiring or execute scouting strategy.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relations with stakeholders, generate relevant reports based on the analytical tactics.
Excellent Japanese communication and presentation skills.
