Job Description
Key Payroll Responsibilities
- Manage employee payroll inquiries, social insurance, benefits, and retirement administration
- Oversee PTO, attendance, working time, and overtime compliance
- Partner with payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory reporting
- Coordinate with government agencies on labor, tax, and regulatory matters
- Maintain payroll and employee data in Workday and related systems
- Support payroll audits, reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional HR initiatives
