Embedded Software Engineer

Position Overview

This position is responsible for embedded software development for mass-production ECUs across domains such as Autonomous Driving/ADAS, Body Electronics, and Security Gateway systems.
Based on specifications provided by internal advanced development and system design teams, the engineer will develop robust and production-ready software for global vehicle deployment.
Within the R&D organization, this role serves as a critical bridge between upstream system definition and downstream production software implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop production-level embedded software based on system requirements
Execute the full software development lifecycle:
　- Requirement analysis
　- Architecture design
　- Module design
　- Implementation (coding)
　- Testing and validation
Integrate functional safety mechanisms into software design
Manage software configuration and version control
Establish and operate CI/CD pipelines for release management
Manage offshore subcontractors and external vendors
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including system teams and global development sites

Must Have
3+ years of hands-on programming experience (C, C++, Java, Python,
etc.)
Experience creating software design documents and test specifications
Automotive industry experience: Not required
English: TOEIC 600+ (or equivalent)

Nice to Have
Development leader / sub-leader experience
Automotive embedded software or ECU development experience
Model-Based Development (MATLAB/Simulink)
Agile development and CI/CD implementation experience
Multi-core embedded architecture design experience
Experience with AUTOSAR, QNX, or similar platforms
English: TOEIC 730+ (or equivalent)
