Job Description
This role combines Application Engineering and Project Management, supporting automotive sensor projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from customer acquisition to mass production and post-launch support.
You will work closely with Japanese OEM customers and global engineering teams to deliver advanced sensor solutions for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage sensor projects across the full product lifecycle
Support business acquisition and customer activities
Drive product development and production launch
Support engineering changes after SOP

Required Skills
■ Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in:
o Mechanical Engineering
o Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
o Automotive component development, or
o Application engineering
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
■ Preferred
Experience with:
o Automotive sensors or electronic components
o DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode)
o Global projects using English
Experience working with multiple OEMs
■ Language Requirements
Japanese: Native level
English: Business level (ability to collaborate with global teams)
