Job Description
As a Bids Manager, you will lead bid governance, strategic proposal management, and project oversight activities for complex technology and defense-related programs.
This role combines bid management, risk assessment, governance, capability development, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery and long-term business growth. You will play a key role in strengthening bid and project management capabilities while supporting major business opportunities.
■Key Responsibilities
-Lead bid governance and project review processes to ensure successful project delivery.
-Monitor project performance, including cost, schedule, and risk management.
-Support the delivery of strategic bids and business opportunities.
-Provide guidance and best practices to bid and project management teams.
-Drive continuous improvement of bid management processes, tools, and methodologies.
-Support capability development, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
-Assess project risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
-Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to strengthen bid and project execution.
