Project Manager

Manage all aspects of projects and support safe completion of all phases in line with strategy.
Demonstrate teamwork, innovation, and excellence while working creatively and analytically to solve problems.
Oversee daily project progress, conduct meetings with clients and local project teams, and manage various other meetings.
Conduct feasibility studies, vendor selection, and propose evaluations from appropriate stakeholders.
Manage quality control, resolve quality issues, and handle project scope and changes.
Oversee all aspects of projects and programs including planning, vendor relations, communication, resource allocation, budgeting, changes, and risk resolution.
Ensure projects and programs progress within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Asset Types Handled: Offices, hotels, data centers, factories, mixed-use commercial facilities, and more.

Over 5 years of experience leading construction projects as a project or construction manager.
Proven ability to lead projects on time and within budget using strong leadership and communication skills.
Flexibility and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic project environments.

Preferred:
First-class Architect License (一級建築士)
First-class Construction Management Engineer License (一級建築施工管理技士)
English proficiency is not required but is a plus.
