【ポジションのミッション】
当社の下記3点の領域において、デジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）やAIを活用し、事業の競争力の向上にシステム開発の側面から貢献をいただく重要なミッションです。
①当社社員が使うシステム（社内ポータル、人事関連システム、AIを活用した手続検索）
②決算関連やコンプライアンス（売買の審査）に関わるシステム
③市場リスク、信用リスク、流動性リスクなどリスク管理に関わるシステム
【具体的な仕事内容】
3つの領域のうち1つの領域を担当し、業務部門と密にコミュニケーションをとりながら、システム企画設計、PJ管理、グループ連携開発、制度改正対応、ベンダー管理、保守などシステム開発の上流工程からリリース、および保守・運用を一貫して担当し、プロジェクトリーダーとして活躍をいただきます。
