As a Product Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and growth of new products in the Web3 and digital finance space.

Working closely with engineers, designers, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will drive product strategy, define requirements, manage delivery, and ensure product-market fit.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, business, and user needs in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Enterprise digital asset wallet platforms

• Lead new product initiatives from concept through launch and scale
• Define and maintain product roadmaps
• Prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals
• Conduct user research and gather market insights
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and continuous improvement
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and product delivery

You will work directly with senior leadership and collaborate with:

• 3+ years of Product Management or Project Management experience
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams
• Strong backlog management and requirement definition skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems

• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Payments, Blockchain, or Web3
• Technical or engineering background
• Experience working in startup environments
• Understanding of digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure

• Self-starter who enjoys ownership and autonomy
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
• Curious and quick to learn new domains
