中国の工場より什器を輸入（英語メール）し、日本国内の路面店に納品するまでの手配業務（メール、電話）を行います。
・小売店舗向け輸入貨物の通関手配および配送手配
・特定のプロジェクトにおいて、成田空港（NRT）のハブ拠点としてSLCで混載貨物を受け入れ、各小売店舗へ配送
・倉庫への入出庫状況について、在庫レポート（Inventory Report）を用いて顧客へ日次報告
・社内外の顧客との業務上の連絡・調整
・顧客向け請求書の作成および取引業者への支払精算
・ドイツのDSVコントロールタワーへの月次売上・取扱量レポートの作成および報告
・作業手順書（WI）および標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成・更新
・倉庫保管貨物の在庫管理
・DSVの航空貨物部門および海上貨物部門との緊密な連携
・請求チームが定める「Billing Form（請求管理フォーム）」を通じた売上・コスト管理
