AI Engineer (Cloud & Full-Stack Developer) Exclusive job

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with expertise in cloud technologies and full-stack development to build cloud-native applications and leverage AI to improve software development efficiency, quality, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native and full-stack applications.
• Leverage AI technologies and tools to improve software development efficiency, quality, and automation.
• Design and implement AI-enabled development frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to rapidly deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance engineering productivity and effectiveness.
• Promote modern engineering practices, automation, DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and frameworks within the engineering organization.

What are we looking for:

• Strong experience in software engineering, with expertise in cloud technologies and/or full-stack development.
• Solid programming and application design skills across modern technology stacks.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and software quality practices.
• Passion for hands-on development and technical problem-solving.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving technology trends.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a Japanese business environment.
• Native Japanese speakers are welcome, and English proficiency is not mandatory for this group.
• Non-Japanese candidates must have business-level Japanese communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing or implementing AI/GenAI solutions, AI agents, RAG architectures, or AI-powered automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and frameworks, such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Background in the financial services or insurance industry.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with modern engineering and governance practices.
