Job Responsibilities

• Drive project quality assurance by developing quality plans, conducting inspections, identifying delivery risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure project quality objectives are achieved.

• Conduct site quality and EHS assessments, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards while monitoring subcontractor performance and site execution.

• Support telecom site implementation through site surveys, technical solution design, and deployment planning for RAN equipment, power systems, grounding, and related infrastructure.

• Coordinate project stakeholders and acceptance activities, including quality audits, issue resolution, documentation management, and final project handover.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Solid understanding of mobile network site infrastructure, including indoor, outdoor, and CRAN sites, as well as telecom tower structures such as guyed, self-supporting, and rooftop towers.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of producing site layouts and telecom equipment installation drawings.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with major 3G, 4G, or 5G RAN vendors.
