  • Technical briefing: conduct bilingual technical briefings for local subcontractors; implement holiday shift plans and rainy-season acceleration measures on site.

  • Variations and claims: maintain logs of design changes, site instructions and owner directives; support the cost team with technical input on EPC claims and counter-claims.

  • Handover documentation: organize the handover of as-built drawings, equipment manuals and Vietnamese-language O&M guides; complete the project technical summary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in New Energy, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

  • 5+ years of on-site technical experience in renewable energy, including at least one complete 50MW+ solar PV or wind project in Vietnam (or Southeast Asia) as EPC Technical Lead.

  • Able to work proficiently in Chinese–Vietnamese or English–Vietnamese.

  • Strong knowledge of TCVN standards, IEC 61400 / 61215, IEEE 1547 and Vietnam's national grid-connection codes.

  • Proficient in PVsyst, WAsP, AutoCAD, ETAP and MS Project; able to independently prepare and review technical plans for work-at-height, oversized cargo transport, sea-to-land transfer and similar operations.

  • Willing to work on Vietnamese public holidays and in outdoor conditions involving high heat, humidity and typhoon season.

  • Prior experience working with Chinese enterprises is preferred.
