PR/161185 | HVAC Site Engineer - Overseas Opportunities in Germany / Japan

We are representing out client in engineering and construction industry, supporting semiconductor and advanced cleanroom projects in Germany and Japan. 

We are seeking experienced HVAC, Electrical and Process Piping Engineers to supervise site installation, coordination contractors and ensure projects meet safety, quality and delivery requirements. 

These opportunities offer Malaysian engineers international project exposure, with an overseas package including sponsored accommodation, flight support, a 13th month bonus and work permit application assistance, subject to the final offer.

1. Germany: Dresden 

2. Japan: Kumamoto, Hiroshima, Tokyo or Osaka

Responsibilities: - 

• Supervise the site installation of HVAC and mechanical systems in semiconductor and advanced cleanroom facilities 

• Coordinate ductwork, air-conditioning equipment, ventilation and associated mechanical services in line with approved drawings and specifications 

• Coordinate subcontractor, work fronts, materials and interfaces with other disciplines, resolve installation clashes and escalate design queries

• Lead daily toolbox discussions and enforce site safety, cleanroom contamination controls and quality requirements 

• Monitor progress, prepare site reports and follow up inspections, defects and project milestones

• Support testing, commissioning and handover documentation where included in the assigned scope  

   

Requirements:- 

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline 

• At least 4 years of hands-on M&E / MEP site management experience, with a strong HVAC background 

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and coordinate site installations with contractors and other engineering teams 

• Direct experience in semiconductor fabrications plants or high-tech cleanrooms is strong preferred. 

• Professional working proficiency in English and willingness to relocate overseas

• Cleanroom distribution, filtration, pressure control and commissioning exposure would be advantageous, confirm the required systems with the client
