Job Description
Lead and oversee the Group’s overall Risk Management Framework.
Ensure risk management is aligned with:
Business strategy and objectives
Risk appetite
Regulatory requirements
Sound risk governance practices
Oversee key risk areas, including:
Credit Risk
Operational Risk
Model Risk
Liquidity Risk
Capital Adequacy
Provide executive and Board-level risk reporting and strategic risk recommendations.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Or other related fields
Significant experience in Risk Management, Credit Risk, or Enterprise Risk Management within banking or financial institutions.
Senior management experience with strong knowledge of: Credit Risk
,ECL, Basel III, ICAAP, Risk Models
Strong understanding of Operational Risk, ORA, CSA, and Business Continuity Management.
