Lead and manage overall production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.

Develop and execute production plans, ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Drive productivity improvement, yield enhancement, scrap reduction, and cost optimization initiatives.

Lead problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve operational performance.

Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs across production areas.

Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, FPY, yield, OTD, and labor efficiency.

Ensure compliance with quality systems, operational procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

Develop and lead production teams through coaching, training, performance management, and change initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Over 10 years of manufacturing experience with proven leadership experience in production management.

Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence.

Hands-on experience in productivity improvement, cost reduction, KPI management, and root cause analysis.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and good command of English.

Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
