Job Description
Location: Panthong, Chonburi
Budget: Total package maximum to 120,000 THB/Month
Responsibilities
Lead production engineering activities for new manufacturing lines and production ramp-up.
Drive process development, equipment installation, commissioning, and process validation.
Manage and develop the production engineering team.
Drive productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
Support APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and production launch activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful mass production and operational stability.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within the automotive industry.
Experience in electric compressor, e-compressor, thermal management products, or related automotive electrification components.
Experience in new line setup, process development, and production launch activities.
Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and automotive quality systems.
Good leadership, project management, and English communication skills.
