日米のクライアントおよび社内関係者と連携しながら、ITプロジェクト全体の計画・推進・管理を担うバイリンガルITプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。ビジネス要件の整理からプロジェクト計画策定、進捗・リスク管理、ステークホルダーとの調整まで幅広く担当いただきます。
職務内容
ITプロジェクト全体の計画、実行、管理およびデリバリー
プロジェクトスケジュール、マイルストーン、課題およびリスク管理
ビジネス要件の収集、分析および要件定義の推進
クライアント、ベンダーおよび社内ステークホルダーとの調整・折衝
日本および米国のプロジェクトチームとのバイリンガルコミュニケーション
プロジェクト予算、リソースおよび優先順位の管理
プロジェクト状況のモニタリングおよび経営層への報告
要件定義書、プロジェクト計画書、ステータスレポート等の作成
業務課題の分析およびITソリューションの提案
プロジェクト完了までのスケジュールおよび品質管理
応募資格
日本語および英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
IT Project Managerとして3年以上の実務経験
ITシステム導入、開発またはインフラ関連プロジェクトの管理経験
要件定義から導入までのプロジェクトライフサイクル経験
ステークホルダーマネジメントおよびベンダーマネジメント経験
米国で合法的に就労可能な方
優遇される資格・スキル
銀行・金融機関におけるITプロジェクトマネジメント経験
PMP認定資格
クロスボーダーまたはグローバルプロジェクト経験
多文化環境での業務経験
Business Analysis経験
