Job Description
ロンドンに拠点を置く日系金融機関にて、企画担当を募集しております。
■給与経験・スキルに応じて応相談
■勤務時間9:00～17:00
■業務内容プロジェクト全般のサポート（PowerPointを用いた資料作成、Excelによるデータ分析、その他関連業務）
プロジェクトの進捗管理および関連部署との調整
外部ベンダーやコンサルティング会社との英語でのコミュニケーション
社内外ミーティングへの参加およびアクションアイテムのフォローアップ
部門内の進捗状況および各種活動の定期的なモニタリング
スケジュール管理および各種タイムラインの調整
日本本社ならびに国内外の関係者との窓口業務
その他、随時発生する事務・オペレーションサポート
銀行または証券会社における企画、戦略立案、プロジェクト関連業務の経験
日系企業または日本国内での勤務経験3年以上
優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人折衝能力
細部にまで配慮し、期限内に正確な業務遂行ができる方
Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の実務経験
各種オンラインシステムやプラットフォームを活用した文書・情報管理の経験
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
主体的に行動でき、チームワークを重視できる方
原則として、英国において長期的に就労可能なビザを保有しており、企業によるビザサポートを必要としない方を対象としております。
ただし、ご経験によっては、YMS（Youth Mobility Scheme）ビザまたはGraduate Visaを保有し、応募時点で1年以上の残存期間がある方も選考対象となる場合がございます。
