COMPANY OVERVIEW

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide L2 support for SailPoint and related integrations 

• Investigate and resolve incidents, access requests, and platform issues within SLA 

• Monitor platform health, workflows, connectors, and batch jobs 

• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures 

• Support upgrades, releases, audits, and compliance requirements 

• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations

   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science. 

• Atleats 3 years of SailPoint IAM support experience 

• Hands-on experience in user access management, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

• Experience in Corporate Banking or Financial Services environment

• Knowledge of SailPoint connectors, integrations, application onboarding, and identity synchronization 

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills 

• SailPoint certification is good to have
