グローバルに事業を展開する大手企業にて、セキュリティサービスの運営・改善をリードするポジションです。
社内外の複数チームと連携しながら、セキュリティ監視やインシデント対応に関わるサービスが安定して提供されるよう、プロジェクト推進、課題管理、運用改善を担当していただきます。
主な業務内容：
- セキュリティ関連サービスの運用管理・改善
- 複数の技術チームをまたぐプロジェクト推進
- サービス品質、課題、リスク、進捗の管理
- セキュリティ監視・ログ管理に関する運用支援
- 社内関係者・海外チーム・ベンダーとの調整
- 運用プロセスの標準化、効率化、自動化の推進
- 障害や技術的な課題発生時の調整・改善支援
単なるマネジメントだけではなく、技術チームと近い距離で仕事をしながら、グローバルなセキュリティ運営をより良くしていく役割です。

- プロジェクトまたはチームをリードした経験
- 複数の関係者・技術チームを調整しながら業務を進めた経験
- セキュリティ運用、ログ管理、監視、インシデント対応などに関する基本的な理解
- 技術的な課題についてエンジニアとコミュニケーションできる方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
歓迎
- SOC、SIEM、セキュリティ監視・インシデント対応の経験
- AWS、Azureなどクラウド環境の運用経験
- ログ収集・分析・オンボーディングに関する経験
- Jira、ServiceNow等を利用したサービス／プロジェクト管理経験
- スクリプトや自動化による運用改善経験
- グローバルチームでの業務経験
