【業務内容】
インバウンド（訪日外国人観光客）向けのお客様相談窓口にて、個人情報に関するお問い合わせ対応（電話）をお任せします。
＜具体的には＞
主な対応言語は「英語＋中国語」または「英語＋韓国語」です。
語学スキルを活かして、外国人旅行者の方々のお困りごとをスムーズに解決するお仕事です。
＜研修・スタート時期＞
- 研修期間：2026年10月26日（月）・10月27日（火）の2日間
- 運用開始：2026年10月28日（水）予定
- 契約期間：2ヶ月間

・PCスキル：基本的なPC操作、タイピング（メール・チャットでの文字入力に支障がない方）
