Job Description
主要製造拠点である福井製造所の人事担当として、新卒・中途採用活動の企画・運用をはじめ、入社・異動・退職に伴う手続き、適切な労働時間管理や諸手当の運用など、現場人事・労務・厚生業務全般を幅広くご担当いただきます。
さらに、従業員の各種健康診断の運用や休復職対応、メンタルヘルスケア、職場環境の向上に向けた厚生行事の企画・実施まで多角的に携わっていただきます。
製造現場のニーズや課題を丁寧に吸い上げた人材マネジメント支援・組織開発を推進するほか、労働組合との円滑な折衝・対話を通じた健全な労使関係の構築・維持など、組織の安定稼働と活性化を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。
