Job Description
■具体的な業務内容：
１．上場会社（またはＩＰＯ準備会社）向け証券代行業務の営業活動をお任せします。具体的な業務は以下となります。
(1)証券代行業務：会社法上の株主名簿管理人として各種株式実務等を行う業務です。具体的な仕事は、株主名簿管理、特別口座管理、株主総会運営支援を中心とした株式実務に係るコンサル・サポート等があります。
(2)SR／IR業務：発行会社が株主、投資家と建設的な対話を行う為の各種ソリューションを提供する業務です。機関投資家、個人投資家の対応やガバナンス対応等の仕事があります。
(3)IPO支援：上場準備会社に対して、上場会社に求められる体制構築の支援を行います。ガバナンス・コードへの対応、株式報酬制度の導入、そのた株式実務全般の支援を行います。

・上場事業法人における総務・株式実務のご経験
・生損保会社での法人向け営業のご経験
・グループ会社の銀行RMや信託銀行の他のソリューション部隊との同行有
