世界基準の航空宇宙・先端産業向けアルミニウム板を製造する当工場にて、非破壊検査（UT）および特殊工程（熱処理）の品質保証・設備管理マネジメントをお任せします。

① 特殊工程（UT・熱処理）の標準化・システム維持管理
②監査・顧客認定対応
③検査員・作業者の力量管理と教育体制の構築
④設備管理および新規設備・計測器の導入

Required Skills
【必須】
・大卒（理系）
・メーカーでの品質保証､品質管理（品質マネジメントシステム運用）のご経験が３年以上ある方
・非破壊検査UTレベル2またはレベル3を取得された方
・特殊工程管理経験者（熱処理／非破壊検査）・・・3年以上
【歓迎】
・ISO9001内部監査員
・ISO9001関連の業務経験がある方
・JIS品質管理責任者資格を取得された方
製造所内のさまざまな部署との関係が求められるため、コミュニケーション能力が高い方。
・難しい課題に対しても解決まであきらめずに対応できるかた
