Role Overview

A delivery focused opportunity for experienced UX Designer/Engineers to join an product squad within a fast-paced travel/hospitality tech company. In this role, you will leverage modern AI-assisted tools to rapidly convert complex business requirements into high-fidelity, build-ready digital experiences under deadline-driven agile cycles.

[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]

Agile Product Design & Handoff

• Transform requirement briefs into intuitive user flows, interactive wireframes, and production-ready interfaces while maintaining active alignment with engineering teams during sprints

AI-Accelerated Prototyping:

• Utilize cutting-edge AI design workflows, coding assistants, and automated tools to generate multi-concept prototypes and draft research variants in hours rather than weeks.

Squad Collaboration & Alignment:

• Partner daily with Product Managers and developers in sprint reviews, QA validations, and UI iterations to resolve delivery trade-offs proactively.

Design System Stewardship:

• Contribute to and expand internal component libraries and design variables to maintain product-wide visual consistency.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 or more years of hands-on product UX/UI design experience for SaaS or consumer platforms --> successful applicants are expected to submit a strong portfolio
• Solid practical experience in integrating AI tools within your active design and prototyping workflow.
• Expertise in Figma design and prototyping
• Experience with design-to-code tools, code-assisted prototyping, or developer handoff environments.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage tight deadline pressures, and collaborate in agile team environments.

NICE-to-HAVE:

• Experience designing UI and AI agentic products
• Prior UI/UX experience in travel, booking systems, e-commerce, or hospitality domains
• Familiarity with multi-language/multi-market design considerations (APAC).
• Japanese language proficiency.
