収益目標の設定と達成のための戦略立案
ホテル全体の業績管理、報告および経営陣への月次業績の報告
広報PR、旅行代理店、OTA、SNS等、マーケティング、レベニューマンジメントの統括・推進
レピュテーションマネジメント
組織マネジメント
顧客からのフィードバックに基づいた改善検討
リスク管理、緊急事態発生時の指示対応
その他ホテルの価値を高めていくための戦略立案、遂行 等

経営数字に明るく(営業目標に対する強い意識があり)現場の改善など
高いホスピタリティマインドとリーダーシップ
収支管理、マーケティング、リーダー育成の実務経験、
英会話スキル：英語/ビジネスレベル(外国人ゲスト対応あり)
