Job Description
【職務内容】マーケティング本部にて、新製品および既存製品のマーケティング・データ分析に関わる業務を担当いただきます。ブランドグループと連携し、製品の売上予測、市場調査、各種分析等を行い、データドリブンな意思決定を支援し、製品価値最大化を目指します。
【具体業務】
● 担当製品の売上予測策定（短期・中長期）
● 担当領域に関する市場調査の企画・実施
● 各種データ（販売実績、市場データ等）の分析・可視化
● 分析結果に基づく戦略提案、レポーティング
● 提携会社および社内関係部門（営業、メディカル、IT部門 等）との連携

- 製薬業界での実務経験 3年以上
- 統計解析に関わる業務経験 3年以上
- マーケティング、事業企画、調査分析等の業務経験
・資格：統計検定2級以上またはそれに準ずる知識・スキル
【歓迎要件】
・学歴・専攻：大学院修了（統計、データサイエンス）
・語学・資格：統計・データ分析関連資格
