Company
JAC's client, a well-established Japanese construction company with more than 150 years of history, is looking for an Office & Site Engineer.
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City Office and project sites in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and other locations depending on project requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirements in terms of specification and quality.
Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of sub-contractors.
Control the safety, schedule, quality, cost and instruct Sub-contractors.
Making shop drawing by AUTO CAD.
Follow renovation project.
Follow Maintenance works.
Other related tasks are assigned by Manager.
Job requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience
5–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of construction site experience.
Experience working on industrial projects is an advantage.
Experience working for a Japanese company is an advantage.
Languages: Able to communicate in English; Able to read and understand technical documents written in English.
Soft Skills:
Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
