Company Overview
A company operating a port facility is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee container handling equipment and ensure reliable port operations.
Location: Ba Ria - Vung tau
Job Description
Manage maintenance and repair of container handling equipment, including port cranes and related machinery.
Plan preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, with a focus on mechanical systems and hydraulics.
Lead a maintenance team of approximately 10 employees.
Coordinate maintenance of port facilities and provide support during urgent breakdowns outside regular working hours.
Qualifications
Experience maintaining container handling equipment or similar heavy equipment.
Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge; hydraulic experience is preferred.
Knowledge of electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance planning.
Experience supervising a maintenance team.
Ability to communicate in English.
Willingness to support emergencies outside regular working hours.
Ability to commute to the Phu My area.
