Join a growing sourcing and production team as an Apparel QC (Innerwear/ Woven), responsible for ensuring product quality, monitoring factory production processes, and supporting on-time delivery across manufacturing partners in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Visit assigned factories in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang to monitor product quality, inspect sewing line processes, and conduct quality inspections.
Review sample specifications, approve samples, and perform random inspections of mass-produced products to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor and manage sewing line processes to prevent defects and maintain a high-quality production environment.
Track production lead times and coordinate with factories to ensure products are produced and delivered on schedule.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of QC experience in apparel, accessories, or innerwear/ woven products
Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good understanding of the entire production process, including production lead time management and MD systems.
Ability to read product specifications and understand garment construction and manufacturing requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with factories and team members.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel approximately 1-2 times per month.
English communication skills are an advantage.
