Job Description
Joining a growing souring and production team as Apparel Merchandise, responsible for managing product development and production with suppliers and factories.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end production process from sourcing to shipment
Coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure quality and on-time delivery
Monitor production progress and support product development activities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in merchandising, production, or fabric development
- Good in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and supplier management
Willing to do business travel
