Position Overview
This role will drive AI and data initiatives while building the foundation for future organizational growth and expansion.
Rather than serving as a traditional IT function, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI and data management frameworks and embedding them into day-to-day business operations.

To accelerate AI adoption and support future expansion across Europe and global markets, the company is strengthening its organizational capabilities and operational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive AI implementation and utilization strategies
Build and enhance business data management frameworks
Establish and maintain data governance practices
Design frameworks for leveraging AI agents in business operations
Lead business process automation initiatives
Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools
Improve and optimize operational processes
Design and manage API integrations
Support automation of accounting, payment, and other administrative processes
Establish reporting environments and analytics tools for senior management
Requirements
Must-Have
Strong interest in AI tools and Generative AI technologies
Experience in business process improvement and automation
Experience in data management and data quality management
Professional working proficiency in English
Ability to work independently and proactively
Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment
Visa
Applicants must already hold a visa or work authorization allowing unrestricted full-time employment in the Netherlands
