Job Description
世界有数のグローバルメーカーにて、日本市場向けカスタマーサービス担当を募集。日本語を活かしながら、受注から納品までの一連のプロセスを管理するOTC（Order-to-Cash）業務をご担当いただきます。日本人チームリーダーのもと、日本語堪能なローカルメンバーと協力しながら業務を進めていただく国際的な環境です。
【主な業務内容】
OTC（Order-to-Cash）業務
SAPを使用した受発注管理、顧客対応および納期管理、生産・物流部門との納期調整、返品・請求関連業務、社内外ステークホルダーとの調整カスタマーサービス
日本顧客の窓口・問い合わせ対応、納期連絡および各種フォローアップ、営業部門との連携による顧客サポート、クレーム対応など
大卒以上
日本語ネイティブレベル
ビジネスレベルの英語力
OTC、カスタマーサービス、営業事務など関連経験3年以上
勤務地: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
勤務時間：月曜日～金曜日 8:30～17:30
ハイブリッド勤務制度あり
就労ビザサポートあり
