Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain BIM models for Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works.
Coordinate BIM activities with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built models.
Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and schedules.
Support site teams with BIM and technical coordination.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor (not design consultancy).
Hands-on experience in BIM coordination and modeling for CSA disciplines.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia and relocate to project sites when required.
PREFERED:
Experience in high-rise, industrial, data centre, or large-scale building projects.
Knowledge of BIM standards and clash detection processes.
