Job Description
世界40カ国以上に広がるネットワークを持つ日系食品卸売企業にて、経理・総務スタッフを募集しています。
同社は幅広い日本食品を取り扱っており、日本語スキルをお持ちの方、または日本食に興味のある方を歓迎しています。また、社員用キッチンや定期的なBBQイベント、クリスマスパーティーなど、フレンドリーで国際的な職場環境が整っています。
経理・総務スタッフは、財務・管理部門を担当し、会計・税務・各種法令へのコンプライアンスを確保する役割を担います。
主な職務内容は以下の通りです。
職務内容
月次・四半期・年次決算業務をサポートし、ゼネラルマネージャーおよびグループ経営陣が適切な経営判断を行うための正確な財務諸表を作成する
売掛金の回収状況（エイジング）を管理し、貸倒損失や債権放棄を最小限に抑えるための対応を行う
売掛金（Accounts Receivable）および買掛金（Accounts Payable）の会計処理
出張経費精算業務全般の管理（内容確認、システム入力、申請処理など）
現地の法規制（会計・税務以外）の変更を把握し、法令遵守を確保する
ゼネラルマネージャーの職場環境維持・改善をサポートする
弁護士をはじめとする外部アドバイザーと連携し、各種対応を進める
郵便物の処理、備品管理などの日常的な総務業務を担当する
応募要件
データ分析やグラフ作成などを含む、高度なMS Excelスキル
問題を特定し、関係者を巻き込みながら解決に導く能力
ERPシステムおよび会計システムの豊富な使用経験
財務・経理・税務または総務分野での実務経験
日本語ネイティブレベル、かつドイツ語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上

勤務時間：9：00～17：30（休憩1時間を含む、週37.5時間）
