Job Description
Position: Production Leaders
Location: Samut Prakan
Job Responsibilities
1. Supervise and manage Assembly Technicians and Production Operators.
2. Monitor assembly schedules and production targets to ensure timely completion.
3. Coordinate with the Design and Procurement teams to support production activities.
4. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and safety standards.
5. Train, develop, and enhance the skills of team members.
6. Prepare production progress reports and present updates to management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Experience supervising production personnel in a manufacturing environment.
3. At least 4 years of experience in production management and quality control within a factory setting.
4. Experience with machinery, automated equipment, or assembly machines will be an advantage.
5. Able to read and write English.
