Job Description
Manage overall Plastic Injection Molding production to achieve production targets.
Control production output, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
Manage production manpower, including supervisors, leaders, and operators.
Solve production problems related to injection machines, molds, materials, and process conditions.
Improve OEE, cycle time, scrap, downtime, and production efficiency through continuous improvement.
Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure production meets the schedule.
Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to solve production issues.
Ensure production operations follow safety, quality, and 5S standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with strong experience in Plastic Injection Molding.
Experience as a Production Manager, Section Manager, or Production Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of plastic injection processes, machines, molds, materials, and troubleshooting.
Good leadership, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and English communication skills.
