Position: Jr./ Sr. QLTY & Reliability Engineer (MQE)
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Gateway Industrial, Chachoengsao
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Lead customer complaint investigations and drive issue resolution using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other quality tools.
Identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Develop and maintain FMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans and APQP documentation.
Conduct internal quality audits and manufacturing process audits.
Support product and process qualification, validation, capability studies and MSA activities.
Review non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
Conduct quality training and awareness programs for manufacturing personnel.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer Engineering or related field.
3-5 years (Junior level) and 5-10 years (Senior level) of quality engineering experience in automotive and/or electronics manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
Experience in connector products, plastic injection or automated assembly processes.
Knowledge of SAP, Minitab, Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Good command of English (Chinese speaking will be advantage)
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
