Job Description
Financial Due Diligence（財務デューデリジェンス）業務の実施
ローカルおよび外資系企業クライアントの会計アウトソーシング業務全般の管理
月次決算および年次財務諸表の作成
会社のサービス品質基準を維持し、各種レポート提出期限を遵守する
顧客、監査法人、税務代理人（Tax Agent）、その他関係者との折衝および調整
法令遵守（コンプライアンス）関連事項
会計事務所、監査法人、コーポレートサービスプロバイダー、またはコンサルティングファームにおいて、3年以上の関連実務経験を有する
FDD案件を最低3件以上経験している方は優遇
シンガポール財務報告基準（SFRS）および財務報告要件に関する知識
高い分析力、組織力、問題解決能力を持ち、独力で業務を遂行しながら複数案件を管理できること
優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力を有し、クライアント・監査法人・税務代理人との折衝経験がある
Microsoft ExcelおよびWordを業務レベルで使用できること
プロジェクトベースでのマレーシア・インドネシアへの出張が可能な方は歓迎
日本語学習への興味があり、日本企業との業務に積極的に取り組める方は歓迎
勤務時間：月曜日～金曜日 9:00～18:00
- 給与：SGD 6,000以上（経験に応じて決定）
- AWS（固定賞与）：計1か月分（6月・12月支給）
- 業績賞与（Variable Bonus）：2年目以降、会社業績および個人評価に応じて支給
- 有給休暇：14日
- 医療補助：年間最大 SGD 1,000
- 試用期間：3か月
