Production Engineer 

≪Job Description & Position Highlights≫

• Handle maintenance, repair, assembly, and inspection activities across aircraft engine MRO processes
• Apply manufacturing and quality expertise to support safety and quality in the aerospace industry
• Further develop MRO and manufacturing engineering expertise while working with stringent aerospace standards
• Collaborate with customers and project teams to proactively drive processes toward delivery and project goals

【Job Responsibilities】

• Candidate must be manufacturing engineer preferably production parts experience in Aerospace/automobile industry
• Good in manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work done in efficient manner
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
• Able to read and understand Engineering drawings thoroughly
• Candidate should develop and implement quality control measures 
• Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with Customer & Project team to meet the delivery schedules 
• Candidate should be agile and quickly adopt to customer business needs

【Required Skills】

• Must have native Japanese level & prefer to have English language knowledge
• Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing Engineering
• Have CPE (Certified Production Engineer in Japan) is ideal but not must
• CAD knowledge/experience
• Should have good communication skills and leadership quality
