• Lead automotive IVI/HMI functions across requirements, design, implementation, integration, and validation
• Drive customer meetings, vehicle testing, and problem solving across global teams and suppliers
• Gain hands-on experience with advanced IVI technologies such as Android Automotive and Linux
• Own maturity planning and KPI management while driving development quality and standardization with autonomy

【Job Responsibilities】

• Creates and updates system requirements and system design for his/her customer functions. Ensures
• bidirectional traceability between all requirements levels (Stakeholder to system requirements for his/her
• function Defines the maturity plan for its function, according to the project schedule, and the customer
• working group expectation Ensure the development (SW implementation, integration, validation…) is on
• track, based on the Maturity plan Lead the customer meetings and test drives. Support design reviews,
• internal and with suppliers Lead problem resolution and change management for its function, together with
• the project team Defines performance KPIs in alignment with system requirements. Develop appropriate

【Required Skills】

• Proven experience in Automotive HMI/IVI system development and functional ownership across full lifecycle (concept to validation).
• Strong understanding of system requirements engineering, including creation,decomposition, and bidirectional traceability (e.g., DOORS/Polarion).
• Solid knowledge of Automotive software development processes (V-cycle/Agile) and ASPICE compliance.
• Experience with Android Automotive / Linux-based IVI platforms, including application integration and UI/UX behavior.
• Ability to define and track function maturity plans, milestones, and KPIs (performance, latency, user experience). Hands-on experience in test strategy definition, validation methodologies (SIL/HIL/vehicle testing), and test reviews.
• Strong experience in defect management, root cause analysis, and change request (CR) handling using tools like JIRA/ALM. Proficiency in automotive tools such as DOORS, CANoe, JIRA, Confluence, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, including leading reviews, workshops, and vehicle test drives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills, with ability to work in global/multicultural environments.
• Japanese N2 and Above
