データ・AI領域の機械学習エンジニアとして、モデル開発からバッチ・オンライン・連合学習を含むMLシステム／プラットフォームの設計・構築を担当します。リードエンジニアとして技術選定やメンバー支援、各事業との協業を担い、大規模データを活用した推薦・機械学習技術の社会実装を推進します。企業情報
大規模なインターネットサービス群を展開し、膨大なユーザー行動ログや画像・テキストなどのデータを活用したAI・データ技術に注力する国内大手テクノロジー企業です。本ポジションでは個別サービスだけでなく、複数事業を横断して利用される機械学習基盤の開発にも携わります。職務内容
- リードエンジニアとしての技術選定・設計、開発メンバーの支援
- 各事業・サービス向けMLソリューションの開発、実装、性能改善
- TB〜PB級データを扱う分散機械学習アーキテクチャ・モデルの設計、開発、最適化
- MLライブラリ、データパイプライン、中間生成データなどの標準化
条件・待遇
- 賞与：年2回を上限として業績に応じ支給
- コアタイムなしのフレックスタイム制、標準労働時間7時間45分
- リモートワーク環境整備手当：月額11,000円
- 完全週休2日制、祝日、年末年始休暇
