The company is an optical equipment manufacturer with a world-class market share in specialized industrial lamps, ultraviolet light sources, semiconductor exposure systems, and related technologies. Due to the expansion of production lines among major clients, particularly leading Korean manufacturers, the company is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead the customer support and field engineering teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your high level of technical expertise and strong customer management skills to contribute to the growth of the Vietnam operation and enhance customer satisfaction.

[Responsibilities]
・Provide technical support for semiconductor and printed circuit board (PCB) exposure systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
・Handle complaints from major clients, primarily Korean companies, and provide hands-on on-site support and rapid problem resolution in the event of complex technical issues
・Manage sales targets, costs, profits, and the inventory and logistics of spare parts and consumables within the Customer Support department
・Manage, evaluate, develop the skills of, and schedule the local engineering team
・Report performance and progress to the Japanese headquarters and regional headquarters in Asia, including Singapore, while maintaining close communication and information sharing
・Build strong relationships of trust with customers and support the planning and execution of local service initiatives based on customer needs
・Respond promptly on-site to emergency technical issues and provide appropriate instructions and guidance to the team
・Perform other related duties as assigned

【MUST】
・At least 5 years of work experience as a field engineer or service engineer in the semiconductor equipment industry
・At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in a team or department
・Someone who can do machine installation and repairs alone in a factory or in a cleanroom.
・Active mindset to work on-site by yourself, not just do management tasks
・Korean: Native level
・English: Upper-intermediate level
